No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The only data involved is what any web host needs to deliver a page.
Who is responsible

What this site doesn't do
It sets no cookies. It has no analytics, tracking, forms or comments. Fonts and images are served from this site, so opening a page sends no requests to other services.
Your theme choice
If you pick a theme, your browser remembers it in its local storage, so the site looks the same on your next visit. The choice stays on your device and is never sent to me or anyone else. Picking Clean again removes it.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the host, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type. The host needs this to deliver the site and keep it secure. It processes the data on my behalf, and I don't use it to identify visitors.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: a legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.
Cloudflare stores data mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. How long logs are kept depends on their purpose. Details are in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to services such as LinkedIn, Calendly, GitHub and Figma. Once you follow a link, that service's privacy policy applies. Booking a call happens on Calendly, not here.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, and for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or moved. You can also object to its use. You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
